We have been at this for nearly 20 years, and have created some of the most beautiful bathrooms in the world. We love what we do, and without you we wouldn't be able to do that. We are a small company, but do very big things. Please have patience with us, we will do everything in our power to make sure every ClearMirror experience is wonderful.
DELIVERY
Shipping & Pickup
All ClearMirror products ship the next business day by UPS Ground (Monday–Friday, no weekends, no holidays). Standard shipping (7-10 business days). For USA and Canada only. Expedited shipping options are still available, email sales@clearmirror.com or call 651.251.9036 for pricing.
If you are located in the Twin Cities area, we are located in Eagan and Woodbury. Arrangements can be made to pick up on the same day, or on a future date. Please call ahead and let us know. We need time to prepare your order and can have it ready if you call ahead.
Refund & Returns Policy
Our first priority is your satisfaction with all ClearMirror products. If for any reason you should choose to return your uninstalled ClearMirror, just place it in the original packaging and return to us for a refund. Refunds will only be issued on uninstalled products within 30 days of purchase, and upon 100% satisfactorily returned condition. Shipping fees are not refunded. Please allow for up to 14 days to process resolution of returned items. A restocking fee of 15% is charged to all returns.
If you have installed your ClearMirror we are not able to accept a return. Please contact us directly if you are having any issues with installation, or operation of your ClearMirror. We are equipped to guide you through your installation.

We will protect your privacy to the end. We do not keep credit cards on file, and any orders that you place through our secure shopping cart are protected with an SSL Certificate. We use third-party banking to verify payment and you will be promptly notified by email of the purchase transaction. Once we have your contact information, we will keep you updated on trends in the bathroom industry and the newest product information from ClearMirror. You of course have the option to 'unsubscribe' at any time!
